The Police's reunion tour is now looking near-authentic, as drummer Stewart Copeland holds up the trio's long tradition of internal tension. Reuters picks up on a posting on Copeland's website that rips into the band's Vancouver show this week. Apparently an out-of-synch Police screwed up a bunch of songs, which calls for some bitching, but Copeland seems to have stored up some of his old contempt for Sting, reporting he looked like a "petulant pansy" during one fuckup. Disappointingly, the article reports the band "fell into each other's arms laughing hysterically" after the show. What, $200+ tickets and no real-live infighting?
