The Hollywood Reporter is Hollywood reporting that Kevin Smith has won his appeal with the MPAA and his forthcoming film "Zack and Miri Make a Porno will receive an R-rating. This apparently is a straight reversal of the MPAA's previous decision to give Porno an NC-17 rating made without any additional cuts from Smith. Is it possible that the MPAA has listened to reason? It seems unlikely, but stranger things have allegedly happened before.
