The reunited Slowdive is going on tour

When pioneering British shoegazers Slowdive announced a reunion earlier this year, it was unclear whether the band was actually really into it, or it just wanted to earn some quick nostalgia cash. But it seems the band is keen on reliving the glory of the ’90s, as so many are wont to do these days, with a massive tour. The group is set to play several summer festival stops around the world, followed by a slew of North American dates—including Toronto, where Slowdive played what was then believed to be its final show, some 20 years ago.
