AMC has already teased that its brutal and bizarre Preacher series would be going on a road trip in its second season, and now the network has released a teaser trailer for the show’s return this summer. We see a fair bit of supernaturally powered mayhem and madness in this short clip, but the emotional weight is based around the much more relatable thrill of arguing about what to put on the radio while driving. Over the course of the teaser, though, (nearly) every member of Preacher’s core trio comes around and agrees that “Come On Eileen” is a good song. Also, the sight of that weird, man-sized Dalmatian better not awaken anything in our heroes.
Preacher returns to AMC on June 25.
