The Sarah Palin fact-generator no one was clamoring for

On the eve of this year’s midterm elections, as pundits bashed Obama’s seemingly lackluster two-year performance, the Internet quietly bore What The Fuck Has Obama Done So Far? The site spun the discussion in the other direction, pointing to the many accomplishments of Obama’s tenure thus far, like “Signed the Children’s Health Insurance Reauthorization Act, which provides health care to 11 million kids—four million of whom were previously uninsured.” Sources were cited, and each click revealed a new fun fact. Sanity prevailed.

At least, for a moment. WTF Has Sarah Palin Done So Far? rose to prominence today, bringing us back to the realm of gleeful partisan bashing. It’s laid out the same way as the Obama site, instead attacking the former Vice Presidential candidate/Alaskan governor/person of significance with the bold tactic of throwing her own words back into the ether (but not bold enough to drop the F-bomb in the title). Sure, it’s enjoyable enough to remember she “Spent $3,000 of campaign funds on underwear” and “Bashed Obama’s health care bill while she herself admitted to crossing over the border for health care in Canada,” all in a concise, easy-to-access format. But you know if you stop saying her name, she goes away, right? She’s the opposite of Rumpelstiltskin. And the time for fruitful Palin bashing is behind us.

Or is it?
