Luckily for us, the successes of the Pied Piper team at the end of Silicon Valley’s first season one only begets more problems, with the season two trailer showing more funding shortages, more corporate buzzwords, and more David and Goliath battles. A former Silicon Valley drone himself, series creator Mike Judge continues to nail the faux-world-bettering of the tech industry; as the owner of Pied Piper’s big-business antagonist Hooli says in an inspirational speech, “I don’t want to live in a world where someone else makes the world a better place better than we do.”
Silicon Valley returns to HBO on April 12.
