The Snow White slap-fight continues as Relativity moves its own premiere date
The race to see which Snow White “reimagining” can be rushed into theaters the quickest to the likely detriment of its overall quality just got a lot more heated: Mere days after Universal moved its Kristen Stewart and Chris Hemsworth-starring Snow White And The Huntsman from December to June 1, 2012—thereby besting Relativity’s Julia Roberts-starring, still-untitled Snow White project by three whole weeks, grrrr—Relativity has responded by moving its own premiere date up to March 16, 2012. Neither film has started shooting yet, so unless Universal is planning on cobbling theirs together with leftover Twilight and Thor footage, it looks as though Relativity has officially won this pissing contest. Yours will be the first quickie Snow White reboot to underwhelm and alienate audiences. You are the winner.
