Mondo has long existed as the purveyor of distinctive fan collectibles for a number of fandoms, including the recent soundtrack release for the Buffy The Vampire Slayer musical, “Once More With Feeling.” The MCU is next fecund universe to get the vinyl treatment, and it comes just in time for Endgame. Just ahead of the long-awaited film release, Mondo will kick off their string of wax debuts with the soundtrack for Ant-Man And The Wasp. Per a recent press release, the premiere of the vinyl soundtrack will include collectible artwork by Phantom City Creative and 14 previously unreleased bonus tracks.
Mondo will continue the rollout of additional Marvel records throughout the year. The next collections slated for release will include Black Panther and Thor: Ragnarok. It’s a cool way to celebrate (or commiserate) the close of an era in superhero cinema, long after the final shot dissipates from the screen.
Fans can get their hands on the collection when it goes on sale Wednesday, April 24 on the store’s website.
