The TiMe Machine

I love my TiVo for a lot of reasons, but one of my favorites is the way it keeps me thinking two weeks ahead. The TiVo "To Do List" gives a snapshot of I'll be recording up to 14 days from now; as well as the possible options. I also like to look at websites that keep track of what CDs will be coming out in the coming months, websites with upcoming DVD release info, movie dates, etc. It's a great way to live. Even if today is shitty, I know that someday soon I'll be listening to the new My Morning Jacket, enjoying the Harold Lloyd Comedy Collection DVD, watching the new season of Lost, and so on. May as well keep living.
