The trailer for 127 Hours: Help James Franco get his rocks off, and other mountain-related puns

Here’s your first look at Danny Boyle’s 127 Hours, the true survival story of mountain climber Aron Ralston (played here by James Franco) and a film that has already been tipped as one of this year’s Best Picture contenders. As you can see from the trailer, Ralston was a guy who lived his life to the Mountain Dew extreme until one day he found himself trapped under a boulder, and was then forced to cut off his own arm with a dull knife and get himself to safety. Of course, this preview focuses mostly on the happier times; if you want grisly amputation, you’re going to have to pony up for admission.
