The trailer for Björk’s MoMA exhibit is very Björk

As we previously reported, otherworldly Icelandic musician Björk is the subject of an upcoming exhibition at New York’s Museum Of Modern Art. At the center of the “biographical and imaginatively fictitious” exhibit (which is simply called Björk), is a sound and video installation based on her new song “Black Lake,” and the singer just released a trailer for the project. Directed by Andrew Thomas Huang, the video features Björk performing the song as her almost-naked, artistically deformed body fills with blue goo like something out of a dystopian sci-fi film. It’s both eerily beautiful and very Björk, and it likely only hints at the weirdness yet to come in the exhibit, which opens in March and runs through June at MoMA.
