The TV Club Classic summer slate locks its final puzzle piece into place with The IT Crowd
Here’s what’s up in the world of TV for Monday, June 3. All times are Eastern.

The IT Crowd (11 a.m.): You fans of British comedy thought we had abandoned you after Phil Dyess-Nugent took the summer off from Peep Show to pursue the wild and crazy times that were the first season of Saturday Night Live. But we haven’t! When Caroline Framke said she’d be interested in reviewing all four seasons of this show over the summer, we jumped at the chance. If you haven’t seen it, it’s about a buncha nerds, and it stars such “famous” people as Chris O’Dowd and Richard Ayoade! And with that, we fill in the final piece of the TV Club Classic puzzle. Better luck next time (or whenever it pops up on Netflix again, because seriously), Hey Arnold fans!
REGULAR COVERAGE
Defiance (Syfy, 9 p.m.): A dangerous rainstorm forces the residents of Defiance to stay indoors, which can mean only one thing: That’s right! It’s a bottle episode! Rowan Kaiser wonders which of the show’s standing sets it will use to tell this inevitably tension-filled tale of adventure, woe, and character beats.
Revolution (NBC, 10 p.m.): It seems like it was just yesterday that this show was somebody’s idea of the series that just might save the NBC network. Now, it’s airing its final episode after The Voice, about to spend its falls on Wednesday nights at 8. Les Chappell wishes the show the best. He’ll be getting drunk.
Teen Wolf (MTV, 10 p.m.): There’s only one thing Teen Wolf fans are looking forward to more than the return of Teen Wolf tonight, and that’s Phil Dyess-Nugent’s reviews of Teen Wolf. Sorry. If we can work Teen Wolf into a sentence five times, MTV will give us a free Teen Wolf-themed ice cream cone. Yay!
TV CLUB CLASSIC
Batman: The Animated Series (1 p.m.): Three movies remain, and today, Oliver Sava takes a look at Batman And Mr. Freeze: Subzero, which we presume will involve Batman fighting against Mr. Freeze in temperatures that fall below freezing. There’s nothing more horrifying than -4 degrees Celsius!
Scrubs (3 p.m.): We originally weren’t sure we’d be bringing this one back, but then Myles McNutt cornered us and just kept spewing weird voice-overs in our general direction, all of which were about all of the lessons he’d learned while covering this show, and we finally relented. Hope you’re happy, Myles!
WHAT ELSE IS ON
The Secret Life Of The American Teenager/The Fosters (ABC Family, 8 p.m.): First, the weirdest show on television—and Shailene Woodley’s albatross of choice—ends its run. Then, Todd VanDerWerff takes a look at another new show that could be good but must fail if we are ever to have more Bunheads airing.
Fatal Attraction (TV One, 9 p.m.): Did you need another crime docuseries in your life? No? Well, you’re gonna get one, courtesy of TV One. This one is about what happens when relationships go bad, then things turn deadly, which you probably guessed from the title or the movie that shares the same name.
Push Girls (Sundance, 10 p.m.): This documentary series about wheelchair athletes was one of our favorite “reality shows” of 2012, and now, it’s back for its second season. If you’re looking for an enjoyable series with compelling characters, this is one of your better bets on Monday nights.
Mistresses (ABC, 10 p.m.): Another new soap means it’s time for Carrie Raisler to tell us what she thought of that soap. But this one stars Alyssa Milano, which means that Carrie will probably be remembering all of those times watching Who’s The Boss, nursing that childhood crush on Tony Danza.
Mrs. Doubtfire (CMT, 8 p.m.): Look: It was hard for us to take this movie seriously in the first place, but it became all that much harder after the existence of Mrs. Featherbottom on Arrested Development. Then again, this movie also stars one of our favorite Twitterers, Mara Wilson, so add to her residuals.
Star Wars Episode VI: Return Of The Jedi (Spike, 8 p.m.): When these movies were rereleased in theaters in the late ‘90s, we attended a screening of A New Hope with some friends, one of whom was angry that it was not the movie with the “fuzzy fuckers,” i.e., the Ewoks. This is the one you want, Jon.
MLB Baseball: Yankees at Indians (ESPN, 7 p.m.): With all of these weeks of basketball and hockey playoffs, we almost forgot about our first love, baseball, but fear not, MLBers! You’re pretty much the only game in town starting later this month, and we won’t forget about our love for you ever again.

Saturday Night Live (Classic) (Sunday): Travel back to a far distant time, when putting this on the air constituted a risk, and Lorne Michaels’ whole career could have been torpedoed by all of the elements that shouldn’t have worked as well as they did.
