For those of you planning to attend our annual wingding in Austin during the South By Southwest Extravaganza Madness Rager Weeks, there has been a slight programming change. Our friends (and Undercover alums) in PUP are unable to make the show (which takes place Monday, March 14) and have been replaced by the thoroughly different yet no less exciting Mothers, from Athens, Georgia. The band’s debut album When You Walk A Long Distance You Are Tired came out last month. They join a fantastic lineup that includes Beach Slang, Bleached, Thao & The Get Down Stay Down, Into It Over It, Flock Of Dimes (Jenn Wasner of Wye Oak), Open Mike Eagle, Car Seat Headrest, Made Of Oak (Nick Sanborn of Sylvan Esso), Polica, The Inventors, and What Moon Things.
