Give or take some widespread death and destruction, the Westerosi political landscape is basically just a high school social scene writ large. The Lannisters are the rich popular kids, the Starks are the intense but likable jocks, and the Freys are the weird loners who sit in the back of the room eating their hair. So Hello Giggles decided to capitalize on their shared petty, popularity-driven worlds by pairing Game Of Thrones scenes with appropriate Mean Girls quotes. As the site points out, “Regina George and Cersei Lannister are basically the same person,” which would position Sansa as Lindsay Lohan’s Cady, which also totally checks out. The rest of the crossover casting gets a little fuzzy (is Janis Arya or Daenerys?), but nevertheless, the pairings are delightful:
Our only quibble is that Podrick is clearly the Glen Coco of Westeros. But other than that the mashup series—which has many more entries over on Hello Giggles—is just about perfect.
