We didn't really anticipate They Might Be Giants' version of "Tubthumping" for A.V. Undercover to take off like it did. But it was far and away the most popular Undercover video we've shot yet, and it led to the band including a version of it on its new rarities collection, Album Raises New And Troubling Questions. Naturally we were delighted when the Johns suggested we reunite during a tour stop at Chicago's Vic Theatre in September. A bunch of A.V. Club staff members and friends took the stage to re-create the strangest—and definitely most fun—Undercover experience we've had.
