Director Marc Webb has at last found his Harry Osborn for his rebooted Spider-Man that is in no way a mere remake of Sam Raimi's original Spider-Man, even as it continues to add characters from that trilogy and edges ever closer to simply retelling its Green Goblin arc. The new, non-Franco Harry Osborn is Dane DeHaan—fitting, perhaps, as DeHaan demonstrated in Chronicle that he's familiar with daddy issues and making petulant faces (two keys to any Harry Osborn portrayal), and he's also no stranger to gaining superpowers and then using them for dark purposes. Again, much of this would be considered a spoiler, had you not already seen Spider-Man.
