While casting reports on Hitchcock—which is no longer called Alfred Hitchcock And The Making Of Psycho after everyone made fun of it—have thus far been distracted by ladies like Scarlett Johansson, Jessica Biel, and Helen Mirren, because of the sexy-times, the real make-it-or-break-it star of the film will indubitably be Anthony Hopkins, both because it is his performance as Hitchcock that will carry the weight of the story and because he is technically the “star.” His character’s name is right there in the title, after all.
