Though the button at the bottom invites users to “go crazy,” the Bob Ross Lipsum seems designed to preserve rather than disrupt one’s sanity. There is nothing like the folk wisdom of the curly-haired painting instructor to soothe one’s jangled nerves. Random-text generators are frequently used in both publishing and graphic design, either of which can be stressful, what with all those looming deadlines to meet. How nice, then, to have the late Bob Ross available upon command to say comforting things like this:
