This supercut proves that Jimmy Fallon thinks everything is “fun”

Jimmy Fallon’s considerable comedic talents have never been especially verbal. He’s the master of the charming grin and the manic “isn’t this awesome?” energy rather than expertly delivered bon mots or finely crafted wordplay. If you had to sum up Jimmy Fallon’s appeal in a single word, you’d probably call him fun. Especially if you were Jimmy Fallon, because apparently he likes to use that word a lot.

In fact, here’s a supercut by YouTube user The Nerdwriter of Fallon telling his late-night guests about all of the things he finds fun. Over the course of 50 fun-packed seconds, the comedian and talk show host explores every possible permutation of joy and whimsy: Things can be “so fun,” or “super fun,” or ”really, really fun.” Or, when his enthusiasm flags, “kind of fun.” But Fallon also displays his talent as an interviewer, asking his guests hard-hitting questions like “Isn’t it fun?” and “That was fun, wasn’t it?” as well as delving into the moment for thoughtful introspection: “How fun is this?” “How fun is that?” Jimmy Fallon clearly exists in a constant state of mindfulness and self-awareness. Also, fun.
