Shopped Tattoos—which is so popular that it popped up on the goddamn Today Show this week—is the work of Seattle-based artist Cheyenne Randall, who’s created images of a neck tatted Elizabeth Taylor and a full-sleeved Prince William, and even thrown some prison style tats on beloved outlaw Walter White.
