Thrill Jockey announces 20th-anniversary shows, reissues, comedy record
Thrill Jockey, the Chicago label that’s home to bands like Tortoise and The Fiery Furnaces, has announced a series of 20th-anniversary shows. So far, four different concerts have been announced for this fall, with more to come. All will feature different artists, including new label signees Matmos and Dan Friel, along with special guest hosts.
The label will also celebrate commemorate the big two-oh with a comedy record featuring Fred Armisen, a poster and a film series, and some LP re-issues. Dates and lineups for the anniversary gigs are below.
