Tim Burton gets an exhibit at MoMA

Tim Burton, the director of Pee-wee's Big Adventure, Ed Wood, and Sleepy Hollow (but not, confusingly, of Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas) will be celebrated by New York's Museum Of Modern Art in what sounds like a massive exhibit opening Nov. 22. The full-scale story in Variety says that the show will feature 700 pieces, as well as screenings of all of Burton's movies. (How will they explain away Planet Of The Apes? Maybe show it when the museum is closed?) Sounds pretty cool, in any case—start looking for a plane ticket, trenchcoat fans!
