Tim Meadows doesn’t know if we’re ever going to see The Goldbergs spin-off

Earlier this year, ABC green-lit a pilot of a Goldbergs spin-off set in the 1990s starring Nia Long, Bryan Callen’s Coach Mellor from the original show, and Tim Meadows as the disenchanted guidance counselor Andre Glascott. Unfortunately, ABC didn’t pick up the pilot, leaving its status in limbo. Since then, creator Adam F. Goldberg has been shopping it around to other networks, but Meadows doesn’t think it’ll ever see the light of day.
