Today in music videos: Cloud Nothings put a surreal spin on school-bus rides in "Stay Useless"

The new video for Cloud Nothings' "Stay Useless"—one of the many full-speed-ahead tracks on their stellar new record Attack On Memory—is about the darkest Magic School Bus ride ever. The animated clip starts innocently enough, with a hoodie-clad kid and his action figure riding along in a graffiti-covered school bus, but then shifts with the thundering chorus into a surrealist dream that includes a bus crash, tree trunks made of television screens, and a giant purple space monkey.
