Tom Hardy's next movie fight will be with post-traumatic stress disorder

After breaking Batman and scaling Mount Everest, Deadline reports that, in his next movie battle, Tom Hardy “tackles the topical hot-button issue of post-traumatic stress disorder,” presumably then getting post-traumatic stress disorder into one of those sleeper holds until it finally chokes out and stops affecting so many of our veterans. In the film titled Samarkand—after Uzbekistan's famed ancient city, at the epicenter of Silk Road—Hardy will play a soldier returning from duty in the Middle East who finds he has trouble readjusting to normal U.S. life. “Aaaarrrghh, you can’t get decent silk here!” a PTSD-addled Hardy will scream, probably.
