In light of a lawsuit filed against him by the other members of Motley Crue, Tommy Lee has resigned from the band. The Crue is suing Lee and manager Carl Stubner over lost tour revenue from Lee's involvement in various horrible reality shows and overall damage to the band's rep because of the extreme crapitude of Rock Star: Supernova (the side project, not the TV show.) Perhaps this proves once and for all that being caught on videotape honking a boat horn with your penis is not as embarassing as being in a band with Gilby Clarke and Jason Newsted.
