In a show of supreme confidence (though one that’s hardly surprising), HBO has already committed to a second season of Treme after airing only a single episode. Head of programming Michael Lombardo issued a statement saying, ““I can’t think of another show that is more emblematic of what we aspire to be as a network than Treme.” (Really? Not even How To Make It In America?)
