Try not to soil your browser window watching this one-minute horror short
There are many reasons to limit your scary movie viewing time to the smallest increment possible. Perhaps you’re one of those people who just can’t handle an entire horror film because it stresses you out too much. Or maybe you have the opposite problem: you get bored by little niceties like character development and plot, and you just want to get to the gory good stuff. Whatever the case, there’s a solution for you: One Minute Horror, the new web series from Crypt TV. In only sixty seconds, you can have a good scare, and likely a good laugh, as well.
Crypt TV is the newest online venture from Eli Roth and Jack Davis, a one-stop-shop for all things horrifying, goofy, or (more often than not) a little of both. It features short films, web series, homages to eight-bit video games, and the aforementioned experiment in scares delivered in less than a minute. The latest installment, “Clickbait,” features a simple premise. You know those “Watch closely, there’s a ghost in the background” videos that circulate every year around Halloween? Well, they may not all be created equal. Check this one out, then head over to Crypt TV’s YouTube channel if you like what you see.
Don't look to close.
