TV Club announces fall schedule, crushing dreams of Dads fans everywhere

Happy fall TV, everybody! We did not add Dads to our fall schedule.

As you may have noticed, several of the new fall series have already quietly begun their runs this week, but the glut lands in the next two weeks, which we took to suggest it was a good time to let you know what we’ll be covering this fall. Want to know what these shows are all about? Then you can check out our fall TV preview here and here. And for advance reviews of (almost) all of the below, you can check our TV Reviews section, which you can find here.

As always, we’ll be monitoring these shows for your readership and our writers’ interest. Our pledge to you has always been that we’ll cover what you’re interested in and what we think is the best stuff on TV on a week-to-week basis. But if you guys aren’t into it, and we’re not seeing the show rounding the quality bend any time soon, then we’ll cut our coverage. But we’ll also do our best to let you know when shows are in trouble, so you can prepare for their removal with dignity and grace—or maybe start a Save Our Show(‘s Coverage) campaign that results in us getting a lot of free stuff. (We’d never say no to free stuff.)

This schedule will change and warp throughout the season as some of our other favorites return. If Super Fun Night unexpectedly becomes the best show on TV, we’ll add it. If every single person alive abruptly loses interest in one of the below, we’ll drop it. If something is missing below, we probably just forgot it. Remind us in comments! We’ll also be phasing in some new (and old) TV Club Classics come October and November, so keep an eye out for that.
