Two major Game Of Thrones characters will meet for the first time in season 7
[The headline should have served as enough of a warning, but if you made it this far and realized you don’t want any spoilers or other advance knowledge of Game Of Thrones season 7, then maybe go see what’s on tonight.]
Though the premiere is still almost a year away, Game Of Thrones season seven is already in production. It will be the penultimate outing for the series, which will cap off with season eight in 2018. Details have been reliably kept under wraps, but major character deaths have been teased, as well as the return of the littlest Lady Of Bear Island—and Gendry. And the three-eyed ravens (or crows, if you prefer the books) at Watchers On The Wall recently caught sight of a historic meeting between two rulers: According to some blurry photography, Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow will finally make each other’s acquaintance.
So, it’s a little hard to tell, but that does appear to be Emilia Clarke and Kit Harington hanging out in character and on camera. Daenerys and Jon Know-Nothing appear to be hatching an alliance, or just digging each other’s winter wardrobes. It’s all speculation at this point, but we’ll take what we can get until summer 2017.
