Two unreleased Tupac Shakur tracks confirm he didn't much care for The Notorious B.I.G.
Tupac Shakur’s posthumous (OR IS IT???… Yes) career resurgence continues, following his recent headline grabs for selling a screenplay and maybe, finally settling the matter of his feud-launching robbery with these two unreleased (though oft-bootlegged in low quality) tracks that made their way to the Internet last night. It’s that last conflict that looms large over “Watch Yo Mouth,” in which 2Pac, in the thick of his Death Row era, rails against all of his vintage enemies like The Notorious B.I.G., Sean “Puffy” Combs, Nas, Dr. Dre, and even Wendy Williams, while even throwing a jab at De La Soul. (Ever since 'Me Myself And I,' y'all been garbage.”) The second, “NY ’87” takes aim at nearly everyone else he left out, including Jeru, A Tribe Called Quest, Mobb Deep, and once more for good measure, The Notorious B.I.G. It’s like a diss from a rose on the grave.
