UnREAL has always been interested in the bonds and frictions between women, and it looks like it’s going to be exploring that even more in its female suitor-focused third season. According to Deadline, Tracie Thoms (of The Devil Wears Prada and Rent) has been cast as Fiona, a pal of Constance Zimmer’s Quinn who could perhaps throw another wrench into the unhealthy Quinn-Rachel dynamic that’s been playing out for the past two seasons. Thoms’ character is described as “a high-end executive in the entertainment industry; a fun-loving, gorgeous gay woman with swagger.” The actress has also recently appeared as another TV business power player in Love, so this is becoming something of a habit for her.
