The quickfire internet news machine briefly had Rick Ross fans worried today when it was reported that the rapper passed out on a flight from Fort Lauderdale to Memphis. The plane made an emergency landing, and EMT workers administered CPR. But it appears that the big guy is okay and in the hospital with his family, reports TMZ. (Except on Wikipedia, apparently.) UPDATE: Rick Ross suffered a second seizure tonight while flying on a private plane, says TMZ. An emergency landing was made in Birmingham, Ala., and he was hospitalized. He is currently in stable condition.
