Veronica Mars now available to stream on Amazon Prime

Filling the void recently left by the end of SOAPNet, and providing an alternative for those who don't get Pivot in their TV packages, Amazon Prime has gained exclusive streaming rights for all three seasons of Veronica Mars, according to Variety. This announcement is likely to please many longtime fans—and curious newbies—who need a refresher ahead of the movie’s March 14 premiere (or its slightly earlier debut at SXSW). While the movie’s trailer indicates Veronica will be solving a new mystery rather than directly continuing any plot from the TV show, the film has also lined up an onslaught of returning faces—and even the most hardcore Marshmallow might need a quick reminder of how they fit into the Neptune High hierarchy. After all, it would be awfully embarrassing to confuse Gia Goodwin (Krysten Ritter) with Carrie Bishop (Leighton Meester in the show, Andrea Estella in the film).
