After failing to negotiate a deal with YouTube (and Google), Viacom has sued over the site's use of its content, claiming "massive" and "intentional" copyright infringement, CNET News reports. YouTube clearly has been taking down at least some content at Viacom's request, but apparently didn't move fast enough.
