Astrophysics is a demanding discipline. No one is arguing that point. But have you ever rolled up a fat blunt of some Hawaiian bubblegum kush and really, like, thought about the insignificance of humankind in the infinite vastness of the universe? (Hell, even Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey executive producer Seth MacFarlane recommended watching the show high on Real Time With Bill Maher last week.)
