The much-ballyhooed Nirvana reunion at last night’s 12.12.12 concert went off without much of a hitch. While the band—fronted by some old dude named Paul McCartney—didn’t perform any Nirvana songs, they did play a surprisingly solid new track—“Cut Me Some Slack”—they’d written with McCartney. Watch the performance below and marvel at the majesty of an aging Pat Smear, get puzzled by Krist Novoselic’s purple crushed velvet shirt, and remind yourself once again that Dave Grohl is a monster drummer.
