Watch Santa get zombified in this carnage-filled Sufjan Stevens video
It might seem a little early for glad Christmas tidings, but judging by the overstuffed holiday card aisle at Target and this new video from Sufjan Stevens, maybe it’s time to start stockpiling eggnog, peppermint, and cheer. The clip for “Mr. Frosty Man” comes off Stevens’ new holiday record, Silver And Gold, and tells the tale of a recently created snowman hellbent on saving his maker from an onslaught of nuclear zombies. Tons of carnage ensues, from the kid’s mother getting her guts ripped out to Santa being consumed by a mountain of zombies, and thus turned into one. The video was made by Lee Hardcastle, best known for his other “not for kids” shorts like Twilight: Breaking Wind and Toilet Doom.
