Quiet Life's sophomore album, Wild Pack, is coming out next month, and The A.V. Club has the exclusive video premiere of "San Luis Obispo." The clip's home video essence stirs up a desire to hit the road with a few buds before summer really disappears and belies the (totally unnecessary) stigma one may have attached upon learning the guys are from Portland. "San Luis Obispo" lays the Americana on pretty thick, with a few moments teetering on straight country, but the rest of the album is more toned down, laced with solid rock and roll riffs and heartfelt harmonica solos. Wild Pack comes out Oct. 29 on Mama Bird Recording Co. and is available for pre-order here. Quiet Life will be touring Alaska this month, and more of North America later in the fall.
