The Migos are on a tear right now, with a smash hit single in “Bad And Boujee” and a platinum album that is singlehandedly keeping the world sane throughout the apocalypse. Times weren’t always so hot, though: emcee Offset did close to a year in jail after police found guns and pot on the trio after a gig at Georgia Southern University. In the ensuing court proceedings, a 2015 episode of Viceland’s Noisey was used as evidence against the rapper at his bail hearing.
Now out of jail and on top of the world, the Atlanta trio has welcomed Noisey back for another feature, although they are not exactly excited to see the reporters again. Watch them give host Zach Goldbaum a bunch of shit below:
It’s part of a new episode premiering February 7 focusing on Atlanta’s storied rap community. In addition to the Migos, emcees such as Killer Mike, 21 Savage, Lil Yachty and Young Thug show up. Now let’s just see if we can get the Migos to play the Super Bowl halftime show.
