Club one more brief moment of corporate synergy: Onion News Network, the second foray into television helmed by our sister publication, The Onion, premières on IFC this Friday, Jan. 21 at 10 p.m. ET. The show will feature the same mix of hard-hitting journalism, swooshing graphics, and inhumanly attractive anchors you’ve come to know and love from the ONN’s online component—only this time, they’ll be beamed to your television 30 minutes at a time. We’re mighty proud to be tangentially associated with the show, but for further nice words, we’ll turn things over to Variety, USA Today, and the Los Angeles Times. (And as with Onion SportsDome, we'll recuse ourselves from actually reviewing it, but there will be a TV Club space for you to discuss it tomorrow.)
