In a new video from GQ’s Comedy Issue, Johnson takes a meeting with his “agent”—played by Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt’s Tituss Burgess—where he is offered roles in a series of poorly thought-out sequels to Hollywood classics. From Joe Pesci’s illegitimate son in Goodfellas 2 to the lead in The Revenant remake rewritten by the writers of The Notebook, these roles find the Ballers star sporting some very unfortunate wigs and require him to perform acts well outside the Dwayne Johnson brand (i.e., kid-punching and bestiality). Clearly, this sketch takes place in an alternate universe where Johnson doesn’t just choose his own roles by throwing a lawn dart at the 10 hottest scripts available and is then handed $65 million for his efforts, but it’s fun to play pretend.
