Web royalty victims include KEXP

As previously reported, webcasters face a serious threat in new royalties imposed on streaming music. Last week, Wired's Listening Post blog posted an interview with KEXP executive director Tom Mara. The Seattle station grabs thousands of online listeners with its awesome music programming, and might open its site up to advertising to cover additional costs that could run into six-figure range.
