Weezer’s latest joint-venture album Hurley now available streaming online. Ditto: Of Montreal’s False Priest, Superchunk’s Majesty Shredding, and more
Never fear: Though it’s been a long five days since our last Weezer story, in keeping with the Newswire’s devotion to covering every wrinkle in the band's career, we’re here to satiate your Cuomo cravings. Despite some indications that they’re not even that interested in playing it live, as of today Weezer’s latest (clothing-funded?) album Hurley is streaming in its entirety on the band's MySpace page. A few other upcoming releases are also being streamed before their release over at NPR, including Of Montreal’s False Priest here, Superchunk’s Majesty Shredding here, Blonde Redhead’s Penny Sparkle here, and Chromeo’s Business Casual here. The official release date for all these records and a few other exciting releases is Sept. 14.
