Wesley Snipes doesn't feel like going to prison right now

Despite a federal judge’s recent “enough is enough” order demanding that Wesley Snipes stop putting off the three-year prison sentence that probably would have been over with two years ago had he just sucked it up and done it already, the actor has yet to report to jail, with his attorneys saying they are still intent on negotiating another trial. In a statement to E! News, Snipes’ lawyer Daniel Meachum said that they have yet to be told exactly when or where Snipes is meant to surrender himself, but that “we as his lawyers are concentrating more on freeing Mr. Snipes than we are the facility of incarceration.”

In much the same way, Wesley Snipes is concentrating less on going to prison than dreaming up plotlines for a new Blade movie, like maybe in the next movie Blade and Batman team up, and then Blade has a steamy love scene with Catwoman on top of the Great Sphinx of Giza, and Batman and everyone else is there cheering him on going, “Blade! Blade! Blade! Blade!” and then the President gives him a big medal and shuts down the IRS and then everyone loves Blade and he never has to worry about anything ever again. These are the kinds of things that just don’t happen to people who are supposed to go to prison.
