Rowling, TV editor Erik Adams and copy editor Caitlin PenzeyMoog are persevering—specifically, they’re persevering by re-imagining The Casual Vacancy as one of Rowling’s works of fantasy. Have you noticed that “Barry” rhymes with “Harry”? Did you notice that Howard Mollison is played by Michael Gambon, the big screen’s second Albus Dumbledore? Erik and Caity did, and it’s the most fun they managed to have with The Casual Vacancy.
