Dana Adam Shapiro’s new documentary, Daughters Of The Sexual Revolution: The Untold Story Of The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, tells the story of Suzanne Mitchell, a former Cowboys executive who effectively created the Dallas Cowboys cheer squad as we know it today. The film features testimonials from dozens of former Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders, including Dana Presley Killmer and Toni Washington, both of whom cheered for the Cowboys in the ’80s. We recently spoke with Killmer and Washington about the film, being a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, and their experience working for Mitchell.
