I don't know where this comes from. I've never heard of this website, Ustream. I don't know what the hell is going on. I haven't watched the whole thing. But for at least the first 25 minutes or so, this is a webcam video of Snoop Dogg (a.k.a. Snoop Doggy Dogg, a.k.a. Big Snoop Dogg, a.k.a. Calvin Broadus) smoking weed and talking to the camera. And smoking more weed. And talking to somebody on the other side of the web cam. It's kind of hypnotic. And it claims it's 247 minutes long, total. And there are more videos of the same type of thing on the site. Wow.
