1. Disney+ fetes Jim Henson

Disney+, Friday, 3:01 a.m.: Ron Howard directs Jim Henson Idea Man, a doc that chronicles the beloved artist’s impressive career, which included crafting legendary characters like Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Cookie Monster, and Big Bird. Produced alongside Henson’s family, the film features archival home movies, snippets of his diaries, interviews with his loved ones, and never-before-seen sketches.


2. Couples Therapy is thankfully back

Paramount+ with Showtime, Friday, 3:01 a.m.: Couples Therapy is a remarkably grounded reality series considering its weighty, dramatic subject material. In season four, Dr. Orna Guralnik helps new clients deal with their relationship problems, including the show’s first polyamorous couple.


3. Stephen Merchant’s The Outlaws returns

Prime Video, Friday, 12:01 a.m.: Created by The Office’s Stephen Merchant, The Outlaws is back for more shenanigans in season three. The show follows seven strangers who, while doing community service, find a bag full of money and steal it, unaware of the dangers that await them. In the new episodes, they try to move on now that mob boss the Dean (Claes Bang) is behind bars. The ensemble includes Merchant, Jessica Gunning, Christopher Walken, Clare Perkins, and Charles Babalola.


4. Hulu brings The Famous Five to the States

Hulu, Friday, 12:01 a.m.: Hulu imports the British drama The Famous Five, which is based on Enid Blyton’s book series. The three 90-minute episodes focus on four youngsters and a dog who solve different mysteries and feature appearances by the likes of Jack Gleeson, James Lance, Ed Speleers, Diana Quick, and Art Malik.


5. Raising Voices hits Netflix

Netflix, Friday, 3:01 a.m.: The gritty Spanish-language YA thriller Raising Voices centers on childhood BFFs Alma (Nicole Wallace), Greta (Clara Galle), and Nata (Aïcha Villaverde), who do typical teen things: party, argue, study, and embark on new relationships. However, their lives take a turn when Alma hangs a banner at school one day that reads, “Beware, a rapist is hiding in there.”
