We’re four weeks and eight episodes into The Young Pope and not any less mystified by this beautiful and confusing show. This week, death rains into Lenny’s world as he loses his best friend, an adversary, and cruelest of all, his kangaroo. Where could this all be leading? And how in the world will The Young Pope wrap all of this up in its last two episodes of the season next week? We’re damned if we know, but it’s still lots of fun to talk about on A.V. Club Live.
